Will and spirit are the invisible forces

　　A day of expansion training, although not long, the training subjects were shocking, and I have a deep understanding. Some subjects seem very simple, but they are not so easy to complete. Take the subject of "crossing the power grid", for example, it requires everyone to think of ways and ideas, only in this way can the task be completed.
　　Participating in expansion training strengthened everyone's communication and interaction, increased the team's cohesion, and made me realize that there is no perfect individual, but there can be a perfect team. Human potential is endless, and the power of a collective is infinite. In a team, everyone is unique, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. To complete the target task, clear division of labor, tacit cooperation, and the use of everyone's talents are needed to maximize efficiency.
